what is the ziizoo a-to-z guarantee?

We want you to buy with confidence anytime you use ziizoo.com. If a tutor materially misrepresents his or her abilities, credentials, work experience or any other information AND is clearly incapable of tutoring you or your child, we will refund your money – no questions asked.

Please carefully read through the following guidelines and click the button at the bottom of the page when you are ready to submit your claim.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR SESSION.

What constitutes a “material” misrepresentation?
Examples of material misrepresentation include, but are not limited to:

  • misstating work experience
  • misstating academic credentials, including institutions attended, degrees earned, areas of concentration or dates attended
  • misstating areas of expertise or subjects that can be competently taught

Please note that this does not extend to cases where you are simply disappointed with the outcome of a tutoring session, grade on a homework, paper, quiz or exam. ziizoo will ultimately determine material misrepresentation at our discretion.

So what do I do next?
If you are unsatisfied and feel like a refund is in order, please contact the tutor immediately and try to work towards a resolution. If a resolution can not be reached then click the button at the bottom of the page to be taken to the “a-z guarantee” submission form.

What happens after submitting a claim?
We appreciate your patience and cooperation during the processing period, as we may contact you for additional information. We will contact the tutor to encourage him or her to work directly with you to resolve the problem. Please contact us if you reach a settlement with the tutor while we are processing your A-to-Z Guarantee claim.

How do I cancel a pending claim?
Students can contact us to indicate that the transaction has been resolved or simply reply to our initial claim confirmation e-mail. Tutors will need to contact the students and encourage them to email us in order to revoke or cancel a pending claim. If a resolution has been reached after a claim has already been submitted, please contact us.
