As for the placement of said messages, a tab would be excellent, particularly because the "my account" section is the first thing that people see once signed in. In fact, I need more. I cannot access the area that lets me practice with the whiteboard and when I go to my account I cannot list anything under credentials--which is essential for me to "entice" a student.
